We’d love to invite you to join our Ministry Trainee scheme – a year of ministry, mentoring and training within a lively and thriving church community. Alongside the Sussex Ministry Training Course, we’d love to help you grow in your love for Jesus through serving the church.

Whether you’re keen to explore ordination, youth & children’s ministry or music ministry there’s lots to be involved with. You’ll also find further opportunities to explore administration, pastoral care, ministry to seniors, use of technical and production skills – wherever you’d like to learn, grow and serve, we can provide you with the opportunities and the time to be mentored.
We’re set just 30 minutes from Brighton and 60 minutes to central London and set on the edge of the Sussex countryside, making Lindfield a fantastic place to live and work.
