Emmanuel Church is looking to recruit two interns to join the staff team for one year from September 2022 to June 2023.
As a church we are a community of ordinary people in Canterbury who want to get to grips with the good news of Jesus as found in the Bible.
Our interns are a vital part of the church and are involved a wide range of ministry areas, often including youth and children’s work, administration, practical service, leading bible studies, organising events and preaching where appropriate. One day a week is spent on the Proclamation Trust Cornhill Training Course.
This is an exciting opportunity for us to invest in you, and for you to invest in serving a local church.
The costs of doing a one day a week training course either in London or in Kent will be covered by the church and grants are available towards living costs, though some fundraising will be necessary.
