This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to grow our youth ministry and teams, taking the lead in both youth discipleship and youth evangelism.
Our vision statement for Youth and Kids ministry is ‘Partnering with parents to make young disciples’. We see the parents as the primary disciplers of their children, and the youth and kids’ programmes seek to support and encourage this ministry at home.
The salary will be £22-25k with accommodation (if available) or £30-33k without accommodation, depending on experience.
