Women’s Worker
Our Women’s Worker will seek to disciple, support and raise up other women for ministry at Crossway. Whether through training other women for ministry or supporting others in particular need, she will engage in the ministry of Word and Prayer across the church family. With support from the wider team, she will be proactive and prayerful in seeking ways to serve and will enjoy freedom to take initiative in ministry.
The role is part time 4 days a week including Sundays, however the terms of this could be negotiable for the right candidate. The successful candidate will play a full role in the life of the staff team and church family more widely. Ideally candidates will have some prior training in ministry.
