Mark is married to Claire and they have three young children, all of whom share his passion for Chelsea FC and his angst over England's cricket and rugby teams.

Vaughan Roberts studied law at Cambridge University before a brief spell doing student ministry in South Africa. Since 1991 he has been on the staff of St. Ebbe's Church Oxford, where he is now Senior Pastor. He is also on the leadership team of the Proclamation Trust. Vaughan has been involved with 9:38 from the beginning. In his spare time he writes books and plays tennis and golf.

9:38 is run by an executive committee who are all involved in full-time gospel ministry at churches around the country:

Andy Gemmill works at the Cornhill Training Course in Glasgow where he is Director of the Pastors' Training Course. Prior to this, Andy worked at St Helen's Bishopsgate in London, Spicer Street Independent Chapel in St. Albans and Beeston Free Church in Nottingham. Nigel Styles

Nigel was a musician and actor in a previous life, and has been in church leadership for many years, most recently as Senior Minister of Emmanuel Church, Nottingham since 2006. He is really enthusiastic to hear the Bible taught well, and loves watching its impact in people’s lives. He’s married to Lizzie with six children aged 15 to 35, loves theatre and contemporary fiction and wishes he’d been a Blue Peter presenter. But meanwhile, since 2016, he has been Director of the Cornhill Training Course in London.
